There were previous rumours of Beyoncé being involved in Black Panther 2 but they have recently been debunked. Though Beyoncé does like to surprise her fans, we will have to wait and see what comes out of this new movie.
Earlier this week, The Sun reported that Beyoncé was in talks to sign a deal with Disney which would include her contributing to the Black Panther 2 soundtrack. There now seems to be no such deal in the works.
Variety senior film writer Matt Donnelly debunked the rumours by claiming that the reports are not accurate. Though this does not mean that there will not be any future collaborations between Beyoncé and Disney.

Donnelly tweeted on June 10th, “Despite overwhelming excitement at the prospect, sources tell me there is no big Disney film deal for Beyonce, and she will not contrib to the soundtrack for #BlackPanther2.”
“As a self-professed proud member of the Disney family, it’s likely she’ll work w them again at some point,” Donnelly added.

There were many responses as fans were disappointed by the debunked news of Beyoncé being in Black Panther 2, hoping that it’s a joke.
This better be a joke…or a Publicity stunt since B likes to keep things a surprise. I need Her on the Black panther 2 soundtrack , especially since Storm is débuting .

The first Black Panther soundtrack was highlighted as being exceptional, it had original songs by rapper Kendrick Lamar and an original score by Ludwig Göransson. As well as being nominated for various awards, including Oscars and Grammys.
There is still lots of time for Beyoncé to become involved with the Black Panther 2 soundtrack. The singer and actress has previously worked with Disney, starring in the 2019 remake of The Lion King and appearing on the soundtrack.
Beyoncé most recently has been seen on Disney participating in The Disney Family Singalong specials that the Mouse House has done during the shutdowns.

Black Panther 2 is still in its early development stage and it will still be long before the official release. Given the all-around success of Black Panther, Marvel Studios and Ryan Coogler are looking to meet very high expectations for the new sequel to the movie, which should include another exceptional soundtrack.
With still a long time before Black Panther 2 is expected to be released, time will tell if Beyoncé will actually be involved, the rumours may be true. We do know that fans are already excited and looking ahead to what they can expect.
