The ongoing conflict involving Iran has resulted in a mounting death toll across the Middle East, with figures continuing to rise in several affected regions.

Iranian authorities report that more than 1,900 people have been killed since the fighting began. However, alternative estimates suggest the true number could be significantly higher.

A US-based monitoring organisation, the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), says it has verified at least 3,486 deaths linked to the conflict, offering a more detailed breakdown of casualties.

Iran Death Toll Figures And Civilian Impact

According to HRANA, the confirmed fatalities include at least 1,568 civilians, among them at least 236 children. The organisation also reports that 1,211 members of the military have been killed, alongside 707 deaths that remain unclassified.
