Australia and New Zealand kick off the competition on Thursday. Brazil’s inaugural match is set for Monday against Panama in Adelaide.
Minister of Management, Esther Dweck, announced, “When games commence at 7:30 am, working hours will commence at 11 am Brasilia time.
When games start at 8:00 am, working hours will commence at 12:00 pm Brasilia time.”
Following their encounter with Panama in Group F, Brazil will face France in Brisbane on 29th July before heading to Melbourne to take on Jamaica on 2nd August.
The Selecao finished as runners-up in China in 2007, losing to Germany in the final, and have been eliminated in the last-16 stage in the previous two World Cup editions.
