Sam Faiers And Her Family Go Into Quarantine After A Holiday In Spain

Sam Faiers and her partner Paul Knightley flew to Marbella, Spain last week to have a post-lockdown family holiday together, they were recently spotted returning to London and now have to go into quarantine for two-weeks.

Sam Faiers and her partner Paul Knightley flew to Marbella, Spain last week to have a post-lockdown family holiday together, they were recently spotted returning to London and now have to go into quarantine for two-weeks.

The couple were with their two children Paul Jr., aged four, and Rose, aged two.

Due to the Government changing its quarantine rules on people who are returning from Spain, Sam and her family will have to quarantine themselves for two-weeks to abide by the new regulations that have been put into place.

Mainland Spain has had an increase in COVID-19 cases, which means that anyone coming back into the UK will be ordered to self-isolate for two-weeks. Some people were very harsh about Sam travelling and called her ‘selfish’.

Sam received some harsh comments on her Instagram page, such as under a photograph of her son Paul Jr. eating watermelon, one follower of Sam said: “Hope your selfish trip was worth your 2-week return of quarantine & a virus you do not know if you have caught or will spread. Selfish citizen in such precarious times..me me me.”

One other Instagram follower said: “Omg are they in Spain, there’s saying that there another virus in Spain all due to British travelling out there.”

With a handful of bad apples, we can always count on others who have something positive to say instead of these negative comments. One follower of Sam addressed a critic, saying: “Wow. If you don’t like what she’s doing why follow/comment on it?”

“Instead of trolling, go and install a spell check. That is a much better use of your time and you don’t instill your vile opinions on people who don’t deserve them.” – The follower added.

One other follower said: “Sorry what’s it any of your business what she does with her family. If you don’t like what she does unfollow her it’s simple.”

Sam and her family were not the only ones to head to Spain after the travel restrictions were lifted post-lockdown, as a large number of celebrities and influencers decided to take a break and head there.

Celebrities and influencers such as Michelle Keegan and husband Mark Wright, Maya Jama, Danielle Lloyd with her family, among many others were all in Ibiza and must isolate when they get home.

Spain was originally put on a list of 74 countries that were thought to be safe for British people to go and visit, celebrities were even urged to book holiday getaways.
