Prince William and Kate Middleton’s eldest son, 11-year-old Prince George, who is second in line to the British throne, stepped into the spotlight during the Princess of Wales’ festive Christmas carol service on December 6.
The royal family gathered at Westminster Abbey for the fourth annual event, which Prince George attended with his parents and younger siblings, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.
Dressed impeccably in a dark suit and red tie, George looked every bit the young royal, with his neatly styled hair echoing his brother Prince Louis’ sharp look.

Princess Charlotte also made a statement in a burgundy wool coat and tights, a sweet nod to the previous year’s service with her recycled ensemble.

The carol service wasn’t just a family affair for the Waleses. Other royals, including Princess Beatrice, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, and Zara Tindall, were also spotted at the event.
Kate’s side of the family showed their support too, with her siblings James and Pippa Middleton and her parents Carole and Michael Middleton, attending.
This heartwarming outing marked the first joint appearance of the entire family since June’s Trooping the Colour.
It also highlighted the strength and unity of the Wales family as Kate continues to navigate her cancer journey, which she bravely spoke about earlier this year.
In a personal video message, she shared the impact her diagnosis has had on her children, reassuring them that she is “getting stronger every day.”
Amid her health struggles and the challenges of the year, Kate emphasized the healing power of love in her letter to attendees, writing, “Love is the light that can shine bright, even in our darkest times.”
Her unwavering optimism, alongside her family’s strong support, was evident as they came together for this special holiday occasion.
