At about 21:45 BST, four people including a youngster were gunned down in Energen Close in Harlesden, Brent, and sustained serious injuries.
On Wednesday night, the police and ambulance crews were called to the shooting scene in Energen Close, Harlesden.
All the victims of the shooting were taken to the hospital for treatment. A man and the youngster are battling for their lives as they were seriously injured. A woman and another man who were also victims of the shootings sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
At the moment, no one was apprehended in connection with the shooting.
In a statement, the Metropolitan Police said: “An investigation has been launched after three adults and a child were shot in Brent Police were called at 9.45 pm on Wednesday 3 June to shots fired in Energen Close, Harlesden NW10.
“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and found four people suffering gunshot injuries. All four were taken to hospital.
“A child (Victim 1) and a man (Victim 2) are in a critical condition. Two other victims – a man (Victim 3) and a woman (Victim 4) – are not in a life-threatening condition.There has been no arrest at this early stage. Urgent enquires continue to establish the full circumstances.

In the meantime, the police have not taken anyone to custody in connection with the shooting.
