It’s lockdown down and you can’t go work out at the local gym. Celebrities like Chris Hemsworth, Jessica Alba and Gabriel Union are coming up with ways to help you work out from home.
The debate between the advantages of a gym or home work-out is a thing of the past since the world has been hit with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Even our jet-setting celebrities have been forced to stay at home. So like all of us they may be concerned about the impact that staying at home has on their physical health and fitness without being able to hit the gym.
Do not fear because your work out regime is a button away with a few of these celebrities and celeb trainers who keep us motivated with their work out videos. The Thor star Chris Hemsworth was one of the first celebs to notice a gap in the market for home work-out videos.
The star is well known for his intense work-out regime which gave way to his work-out app @centrfit. The home work-out edition was released last month with a free 6week trial if you signed up by the 5th of April, too late for that now. But you can still sign up to the star’s app to get those hard abs and toned legs using chairs, dumbells and other home appliances.
Jessica Alba and Gabriel Union are one of our favourite fit moms out there. The co-star’s both have a partnership with @fitonapp and their individual home work-outs can be found by simply viewing their workout stories on Instagram. An added bonus is that if you sign up on the @fitonapp a donation goes to Jessica Alba’s passion project @baby2baby which helps children in need.
Naomi Campbell has also been gracing her Instagram followers with live workout videos with her trainer. From leg, stomach and toning exercises this supermodel is showing us how to work it from inside her living room.
Last but not least we must mention that the @menshealthuk Instagram page has been keeping the gents motivated by sharing workout videos of influential body trainers. An example of this is their fitness editor @theandrew.tracy’s fun home workout videos. Showing us how to use even those old magazines we have stored up to get fit!
