Britney Spears has reappeared on Instagram following her recent arrest, sharing personal moments with her sons in a series of new posts.
Earlier this month, it was confirmed that the singer had been stopped by police and taken into custody while driving in California. Reports at the time suggested the Grammy winner had been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, although this has not been officially confirmed.
Responding to the incident, her representatives told reporters: “This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable.

“Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life. Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time.
“Her boys are going to be spending time with her. Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well being.”
Britney Spears Shares Family Moments On Instagram After Arrest
Following the incident, Britney’s Instagram account was temporarily deactivated. It was restored over the weekend, with the singer posting photos and short videos featuring her youngest son, 19-year-old Jayden James Federline.
“Thank you guys for all your support… spending time with family and friends is such a blessing,” she wrote, also encouraging followers to “stay kind”.
In another upload, Britney and Jayden posed together in front of a mirror, again accompanied by the message: “Stay kind.”
Later on Sunday evening, she shared additional images—this time including her eldest son, 20-year-old Sean Preston.
Court Date Set As Past Claims Resurface
Britney is scheduled to appear in court on Monday 4 May in relation to the arrest.
The singer has also remained in the spotlight following claims made last year by her ex-husband Kevin Federline in his memoir You Thought You Knew. In the book, he made several allegations about her as a partner and parent.
A spokesperson for Britney responded at the time, noting that the release of the book coincided with the end of her child support payments to Federline, and accused him of “profiting off her”.
“All [Britney] cares about are her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James and their well-being during this sensationalism,” her representative said.
