We live in an era where we are brainwashed into believing certain perceptions of beauty. Weight is an important factor as it ‘defines’ our body’s beauty. How a woman should look and act is not something we as women can decide on, but instead, we are continuously told how to be a ‘beautiful woman’.
Ever since Adele made a name for herself she has been under the spotlight of many criticising eyes who have been monitoring her weight and style. This amazing singer has changed so much throughout the years and even more so recently that people have caused a commotion on social media about Adele’s health standards and beauty.
Adele’s most recent post on Instagram is what has set everyone talking, as she thanks her fans for sending her birthday love and thanks to the first responders and essential workers during the COVID-19 pandemic we are facing.
Though what most people noticed about this was not that Adele has turned 32, but that she has lost a lot of weight, completely changing her figure.
Rumour has it that Adele is on the Sirtfood diet, otherwise known as the ‘a 1, 000 calories a day diet’. Though Dr Zoe says that Adele’s weight loss is down to ‘lifestyle overhaul’, this means that Adele has been exercising through various forms alongside a diet.
A lot of people have been encouraging and supportive of Adele.
