Instagram has unveiled a new feature that allows users to have more fun with their Stories. The platform now offers customizable “Add Yours” templates, giving users the ability to create and share their own unique templates by pinning GIFs, text, and gallery images to a Story template.
To create an Add Yours template, users can simply add GIFs, text, and images to their story. Then, they can go to the Sticker Tray and select the Add Yours templates option. From there, they can choose the specific elements they want to include in the template.

The exciting part is that once an Add Yours template is shared in a Story, anyone else can use it and add their own personal touches.
Users who want to build on someone else’s template can tap on the Add Yours prompt when they see it in a Story. This will take them to the Camera, where they can explore all the elements of the template and customize it to their liking.
The possibilities with Add Yours templates are endless. Users can create either/or quizzes, showcase their workspace, or even encourage others to share funny pet photos.
