According to sources who spoke to Page Six, Lisa Marie had been complaining of stomach pain in the days leading up to her death. The autopsy also revealed that Lisa Marie had experienced stomach ache hours before slipping into cardiac arrest at home.
She had “therapeutic” levels of oxycodone, the opioid used to treat addiction, buprenorphine, and the antipsychotic quetiapine in her system, but none of those drugs caused her death.
