London Mayor, Sadiq Khan has been slammed for offering grants of £25,000 each for persons who want to “decolonise” the name of their street in the capital.

According to reports, Khan’s move to “decolonise” the capital will see £25,000 grants for London residents who want to change the name of their street.

The London Mayor said the grant is to help change offensive street names in a scheme meant to “decolonise” and “diversify” British road names.

However, Leader of Reform UK, Richard Tice, speaking with talkRADIO’s Mike Graham, faulted the move.
