“Obviously”, Johnson is a preposterous character, and lacks many of the basic skills that make a good prime minister, “Dominic Cummings says.

In a historic hate campaign, Boris Johnson`s former right-hand man who served as his chief adviser from July 2019 until November 2020, `unmasked` him in public.

“He’s hopeless at bureaucratic infighting and examines every room he enters for physical escape routes,” the former chief adviser had formerly criticized the way the prime minister conducted meetings. He cited that Mr. Johnson would accept everyone`s opinion without a clear suggestion of his own.

Surprisingly, Mr. Cummings` recent boss Johnson had previously seemingly admitted on his own that he is hopeless.

This is backed by a conversation with the prime minister after the EU referendum, which  the former chief adviser unfolded in which Boris Johnson said:  “Obviously it’s ludicrous me being prime minister…” Except that he went on to say, “… but no more ludicrous than Dave or George, don’t you think?”

In his blog, Mr. Cummings said, “Boris is obviously unfit for the job.” Analyzing the prime minister`s psychology he stated that he had two modes – Boris Normal and Boris Self-Aware.

“Boris-N is what most people see all the time. He bumbles around ignoring large chunks of reality and tries to keep everyone happy, causing chaos,” whilst “Boris-SA knows he needs saving from himself,” Cummings wrote in his blog.

However,  in a resentful manner, he admitted Johnson`s strengths stating that no one trusted him in No 10 but he has a “superpower for making people feel sorry for him.”
