Nicki Minaj’s 8-year-old son is trying out some new steps as seen in a new video that was shared by the rapper on Instagram over the weekend.
From the video, we could see the young boy’s dad holding him as he tries to walk, but of course, he needs some time more to be able to move successfully.
Although the video was not long, it’s sweet … and you would feel subconsciously connected to what Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty’s son was trying to do. Meanwhile, the name of the child is yet to be announced.
After sharing the video, Nicki Minaj captioned the post “You ain’t trying to do all of that today?” asking her son, who is dressed in head-to-toe Burberry, while adding that “Everyone bothering you. You had it?”
The rapper twisted her voice to sound like that of her son who also wore a ‘Papa Bear’ pendant covered in diamonds and a tiny matching bracelet., saying “Mama I had it, leave me alone already, please! Ain’t nobody got time for all of that, mama.”
Nicki and her husband Kenneth welcomed their first son together in September 2020, almost a year after she revealed she and her husband got married.

Three months later, after Nicki welcomed her son, she posted a couple of pictures of the newborn with a sweet message, “#PapaBear thank you so very much for choosing me to be your mama,” she wrote.

Speaking about her experience when she went to give birth, Nicki in December 2020, said, she was butt naked when she went into labor and had just gotten out of the shower. The rapper also noted that she was in labor all night.
Nicki Minaj also hailed mothers out there for their role in childbearing saying, “But breastfeeding is very painful. Pumping is too. Women make this stuff look way too easy. Moms r really superheroes.”
