Brandon Bernard the 18-years-old who participated in the killing of a couple Todd and Stacie Bagley in Killen, Texas, in 1999 is scheduled to be put to death on Thursday, December 10, but a specific time hasn’t been set for his execution yet.

Branded Bernard was convicted alongside four others over a murder crime he committed in 1999 when he was only 18 years of age.

According to the Death Penalty Information Center, Indiana codes demands that the execution of a death row inmate has to happen before sunrise on the execution day. Bernard’s execution is set to hold at the federal penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana, today; Dec. 10, 2020.

After finding Bernard guilty of a two-count charge of murder by a federal jury in 2000, he was placed on death row and his execution is scheduled to take place today after 21 years after the crime was committed.
