Brandon Bernard the 18-years-old who participated in the killing of a couple Todd and Stacie Bagley in Killen, Texas, in 1999 is scheduled to be put to death on Thursday, December 10, but a specific time hasn’t been set for his execution yet.

Branded Bernard was convicted alongside four others over a murder crime he committed in 1999 when he was only 18 years of age.
According to the Death Penalty Information Center, Indiana codes demands that the execution of a death row inmate has to happen before sunrise on the execution day. Bernard’s execution is set to hold at the federal penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana, today; Dec. 10, 2020.
It appears most people who are familiar with the matter do not wish for Brandon Bernard to die as advocates have been calling on President Donald Trump to commute his sentence to life in prison since he was only 18 years when he committed the crime.
Among those calling for Tump’s involvement in Bernard’s case is reality show TV superstar Kim Kardashian who has openly called for the 40-year-old father not to be executed.
An online petition to stop Brandon Bernard from getting the death penalty is also spreading across social media.
Brandon Bernard was convicted alongside four others over the killing of couple Todd and Stacie Bagley in Killen, Texas, in 1999, but Attorneys have repeatedly argued that he did not have a leading role in the crime and was only 18 years then.
After finding Bernard guilty of a two-count charge of murder by a federal jury in 2000, he was placed on death row and his execution is scheduled to take place today after 21 years after the crime was committed.
