Diego Maradona, Argentina legendary footballer has died at age 60 after suffering heart-attack… just two weeks after he was discharged from the hospital where he had brain surgery.
Maradona earlier in November, underwent surgery to clear off blood clot from his brain, and later developed a heart attack at his home only two weeks after he was discharged from the hospital.
Maradona is widely admired as one of the greatest footballers who ever existed. He assisted in seeing Argentina through their 1986 World Cup victory and enjoyed a global recognition during his time.
Maradona played his professional games with clubs like Barcelona, Boca Juniors, Napoli and many more and was very popular for the ‘Hand of God’ goal that sent England home from the 1986 World Cup competition.
