On Sunday, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry released an image of themselves in black and white under a tree, all smiles with Meghan showing off her bump.
The “overjoyed” couple`s Valentine`s Day post confirmed that Archie will soon have a little brother or sister. Meghan and Harry`s second child will become the second British royal born overseas after the couple`s move to California.

A spokesperson of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said: “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”
Despite quitting royal life in March last year, Harry has retained his place in the line of succession hence their second child will become the eighth in line to the throne.
The first seven places in the line of succession will remain fixed- the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, Harry, and Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.
Misan Harriman, a friend of the couple and the photographer who took the image, tweeted: “Meg, I was there at your wedding to witness this love story begin, and my friend, I am honoured to capture it grow. Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on this joyous news!”

Following the Meghan and Harry`s announcement, the Queen has led the Royal family in congratulating the couple and wishing them well.
In a statement, a Buckingham Palace spokesman said: “Her Majesty, Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and the entire family are delighted and wish them well.”
