The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who stepped back as senior royals earlier this year have decided to carry on a royal family tradition.
In the coming days, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will reportedly release their festive photo alongside a holiday podcast. Omid Scobie, who is the co-author of the bombshell biography Finding Freedom, which offers a window into the Sussexes’ life during their time as senior royals, confirmed the couple`s official Christmas card was “on its way”.
Discussing the couple on this week’s episode of his royal podcast Heirpod, London-based Mr Scobie said: “Well one thing we get to indulge in as well at this time of year are royal Christmas cards.
“We’ve got them in, we’re still waiting for the Sussexes’ card, I believe it is on its way. We obviously had a real treat last year with that really cute photo of Archie. But we’ve had new pictures of the Cambridges and the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall which we’ll talk about shortly.
“But it’s also been a very busy week for royal news, we’ve had huge announcements from the Sussexes. From the Duchess of Sussex’s sort of first public business investment to the announcement of a deal with Spotify.”
Last year, Harry and Meghan`s e-card which featured seven-months-old baby Archie in the foreground crawling towards the camera, with his parents laughing as they watched on thrilled many fans and commentators.

This year Meghan and Harry will spend Christmas at their Montecito, California estate, a source said.
