Dwayne Johnson revealed in an Instagram video that he, his wife, and their two daughters have tested positive for Covid-19.

The actor who is also known as ‘The Rock‘ gave an update on their situation in an Instagram post.
Dwayne Johnson revealed that he, his wife Lauren, and their daughters Jasmine and Tiana, aged four and two, contracted the virus about two-and-a-half weeks ago.
The actor said: “I wanted to give you guys a little helpful update on some of the things that have been going on on my end for the past two-and-a-half to three weeks now. So the update is this: my wife Lauren as well as my two baby girls and myself, we have all tested positive for COVID-19.”
“I could tell you that this has been one of the most challenging and difficult things we have ever had to endure as a family, and for me personally too as well.” – He added.
He went on to explain that testing positive for Covid-19 is much more different than overcoming his past challenges, he said it is “much different than overcoming nasty injuries,” “being evicted” or “even being broke.”
The actor went on to say: “The reason why I feel this is different is because my number one priority is to always protect my family, and protect my children, my loved ones.”
“I wish it was only me who tested positive, but it wasn’t, it was my entire family, so this one was a real kick in the gut.” – He added.
Dwayne Johnson continued: “But I am happy to tell you guys that we as a family are good. We’re on the other end of it, we’re on the other side. We’re no longer contagious, and we are, thank God, we are healthy.”
“We’ve gotten through COVID-19 stronger and healthier.” – He added.
The actor is “counting his blessings” with his wife and their two daughters, as many people have been affected by Covid-19 whether it’s been losing a family member or friend to the virus which is “incredibly relentless”.
