Gordon Ramsay shared a post to Instagram that revealed a massive pool with a transparent wall at his £4.4 million holiday home in Cornwall.
This is after the celebrity chef had the original five-bedroom mansion demolished on the site to build two new properties there.
Posting on Instagram, Gordon can be seen proudly holding his son Oscar, who is 15 months old, on his shoulders in front of the massive pool.
The celebrity chef captioned the post: “Off for an evening walk with @oscarjramsay.”
Gordon Ramsay has faced backlash from locals for demolishing the original five-bedroom property that had been on the site in Rock, Cornwall, which he bought for £4.4 million in 2015.
In 2019, he was granted planning permission to knock down the original property and replace it with a main house and a smaller second home.
Gordon Ramsay added two kitchens, a wine cellar, and four en suite bathrooms to his new family home, as well as the swimming pool which is just 100 yards from the beach.
Besides the swimming pool being massive, the transparent wall overlooking the stunning Celtic sea is definitely a unique and beautiful touch to the home.
Fans could not believe what they were seeing as they commented on the impressive family pool. One fan wrote: “Dang, is that a pool in the background or some sort of water feature for a business?”
While another Gordon Ramsay fan added: “That’s an awesome pool!”, and a third said: “Wait! Is that your pool Gordon? Damn!”
The celebrity chef also bought a second £4million beach house in the nearby village of Trebetherick for the family to stay in while work was completed, along with a third Cornwall property in Fowey, which he rents out to holidaymakers.
